Ang Mo Kio Avenue 1

Ang Mo Kio Avenue 1 has been the oldest Main link road to the junctions of Avenue 2, 3, 6, 8, and 10 and it is the border roadway between Bishan Estate and the whole Ang Mo Kio Estate.
- I really don't know why; i.e. they keep changing the names of roads to avenues, estates to towns, and spilting towns into funny named areas like Kebun Baru, Townsville, etc, etc, I guess those who did it were trying to revive them with new names by such GARMEN programmes of Upgrading, Interim Upgrading etc, etc..I guess the administration has to find new names for old estates and funny programmes to tell the people they are being busy!
