I'm blur out, meaning I cannot see clearly or out of focus, and lost the logic to follow U and your thots..sorry lol..it's too complicated to understand ..why he stick out his..tongue?

It could simply mean out=of=focus
This can happen when in a focused and detailed discussion when someone interrupted by out-of-context small talks or by engaging in some other out of the context matters during the meeting.
