The Plan
The new Changi Airport Bus Plan consists of 5 services operated with 65 buses. 2 are existing services with slightly amended routes whilst the other 3 are new services. Under the Plan, 14 Scheme B buses now operating the SSB service will be integrated into the new Services 24, 57 and 149.
The 5 services are:-
Service 9 (Existing) (Stage Fare with TMO Buses)
The route of this Service currently running from Geylang Fringe Car Park to Changi Point remains the same except that it will now terminate at the Cargo Complex instead of Changi Point. It replaces Services 391 and 395 to the Cargo Complex.
Service 24 (New) (OMO Ticketing System)
This Service replace existing service 392 from Somapah, Service 394 from Bedok and SSB Service 727 from Ang Mo Kio.

Changi Airport Terminal 1 & 2
Service 57 (New) (Flat Fare 80 cents)
This Service operating the same route as SSB Service 757 which runs from Queenstown to PTB except that the route is slightly amended to avoid the Central Business District and join the East Coast Parkway after Keppel Rd.
Because of the low passenger demand for the route as evident in surveys conducted earlier, this service will operate only specific trips during the peak hours in the peak direction.
Service 149 (New) (OMO Ticketing System)
This service, which runs from Toa Payoh to PTB, will replace SSB Service 737 from Toa Payoh and SBS Service 747 from Kallang Bahru.
Service 390 (Existing) (Flat Fare 80 cents)
This service currently running between Queen St and the PTB will be extended to Orchard Rd to serve a larger number of passengers.

Service 9: Geylang Lor 1 – CACC (Loop) Via Sims Ave, Sims Ave East, New Upp Changi Rd, Bedok Rd, Upp Changi Rd, Loyang Way, Loyang Ave, Nicoll Dr, Airport Cargo Rd and Cargo Complex (Loop)
And return via Airport Cargo Rd, Nicoll Dr, Loyang Ave, Loyang Way, Upp Changi Rd, Bedok Rd, New Upp Changi Rd, Changi Rd, Geylang Rd.
Service 24: Ang Mo Kio – Changi Airport PTB (See SBST 24)
Service 57: Commonwealth Ave – Changi Airport PTB (AM Peak) Via Commonwealth Ave, Queensway, Alexandra Rd, Tiong Bahru Rd, Outram Rd, Cantonment Rd, Keppel Rd, ECP, Airport Boulevard.
(PM Peak) Via Airport Boulevard, ECP, Keppel Rd, Cantonment Link/Rd, Outram Rd, Tiong Bahru Rd, Alexandra Rd, Queensway, Commonwealth Ave, Holland Dr, North Buona Vista Rd, Commonwealth Ave.
Service 149: Toa Payoh – Changi Airport PTB Via Toa Payoh Lor 6/1/2/6, Kim Keat Ave, Jln Toa Payoh, Bendemeer Rd, Boon Keng Rd, Geylang Lor 1, Mountbatten Rd, Old Airport Rd, Dunman Rd, Tg Katong Rd, Amber Rd, Marine Parade Rd, Bedok South Ave 1, ECP, Airport Boulevard
And return via Airport Boulevard, ECP, Bedok South Ave 1, Marine Parade Rd, Amber Rd, Tg Katong Rd, Dunman Rd, Old Airport Rd, Mountbatten Rd, Geylang Lor 1, Boon Keng Rd, Serangoon Rd, Jln Toa Payoh, Toa Payoh Lor 2/1/6
Service 390: Changi Airport – Tomlinson Rd (Loop) Via Airport Boulevard, ECP, Rochor Rd, Bencoolen St, Penang Rd, Somerset Rd, Somerset Rd, Grange Rd, Orchard Blvd, Tomlinson Rd.
And return via Tanglin Rd, Orchard Rd, Dhoby Ghaut, Selegie Rd, Sungei Rd, Ophir Rd, ECP, Airport Boulevard
