- When organizations or political systems monopolized or solely control over their human field of trust, human imperfection and corruption settles in obvious areas of weakness. Such evidences for corruption needed to be cover up: hence the confidential and privacy matters a lot. In some cases it may mean the total collapse of the monopoly unless open transparency and renewal of leadership is allowed. In a democratic form of government certain sustaining setups allow for alternative control to be establishes for renewal and correction. In the business world where large complex organizations are involved in the control of their allotted or parceled field, such measures as the anti-trust laws existed (in USA) to keep such corporation straight and transparent, or at least allow others to venture into their field without being ushered or throw out by the one big bully!
