the logic is that most HDB home ownership is to make it affordable. So if you are happen-to-be with a second property you may have to sell it when U purchase a HDB flat! They said, it's been subsidized..really? When the land belong to the State? Those buildings are priced upwards for the average Singaporeans who have no choice other than buy a far more expensive private condo? Or a million dollar private landed property? So the average poor is a HDB flat owner..via categorically..speaking.. in cp with the wealthy rich

I think the wealth rich garmen is trying to ==over-control== their prized possessions rather than to to keep speculation low. The garmen nowis laughing at those speculators when they themselves are not owners of subsided properties except a few unlucky ones who happened to be caught in the middle..that is they may have to get rid of their second properties (oversea), so nowis they had to sell off their (HP-P) within six months.

N.B. All the cabinet ministers and maybe all MPs are NOT exempted from the LAW's HDB ruling, so maybe i would pity the poorer MP among a few still owning an HDB besides a second M'sian or oversea Aussie property. however -

Dr Tony Moll of Church of Scotland Hospital at Tugela Ferry said: "We have seen HIV move in and create havoc in our community. We tremble in our boots with XDR-TB. Up to 80 percent of new cases are TB co-infected with HIV.

A large proportion of deaths were attributed to Aids, but a recent study from January 2005 to March 2006 shows that 71 percent of those receiving anti-retrovirals who died had MDR-TB.

"Worldwide, there are 347 cases of XDR-TB. We picked up 53 cases in our small hospital alone; 51 percent had no prior TB, 28 percent had prior treatment and 14 percent were newly infected with drug-resistant strains. We lost two health workers to XDR-TB."

We should be a ==better Social conscious people== for ourselves, our children's children's sake whereby we can learn to respect and honor those who rule well and truly, and be loyal to our nation as One unique people desiring to be caring as serving truly willingly and be proud citizens of a Country where we don't feel intimated and marginalized by our unhealthy system of the elitist and meritocratic overlords.
   
3. Offer a ==better balance budget system== where taxes are appropriate to allow our citizens to feel honored as Singaporeans to do our part in sharing and to giving as co-sharers and to foster our system where no fines should be unjustly due or imposed, NO COEs and unjustifiable levies to be farm out to foster greed and where the Governmental agencies serve to meet needs and not compete with the people's interest for a better life. We should always be on guard against greed and jealousy, and furthermore protect our people against those who violate our rights to want to live peaceable and in harmony, and correct according to our Laws those for wrongs, and uphold what is right in the eyes of the people and as a Nation of God fearing conscientious hardworking people.

Most Singaporeans even when adequately qualified, choose not to. Common sense forbids! But what Singapore need is not money or more money, but a good opposition to parley with the dominant one party system, and I think it is time for people to step into the arena in the next election to help and consolidate the effort of those who dared and had much to lose.
