Editing Jawi[[1]] the Jawi script adpted from Arabic script, is the original Malayan script used in reporting & formal writing, it's being used in the Utusan Melayu a local original paper in the 1960s (until the garmen until banned or/discontinued it) (Utusan Malaysia started publication from Singapore as Utusan Melayu on May 29, 1939, catering to the Jawi-literate in then British Malaya.) Utusan Melayu continued in M'sia using solely the romanised form of Malay(Bahasa)
