Kampong

Kampongs or Kampungs are the same meaning for old villages in Singapore and Malaya. Now we have fewer old kampongs in Malaysia but no more kampongs in Singapore, they all became modernised into another form dwellings known as HDB flats.

The only part that remained maybe the kampong spirit which is a cultural thing to do!
