Editing Leong Keng Seng (corrected name)[[1]] An old school teacher and headmaster of an old primary school in Chye Kay Village who was elected under PAP party in 1959 (MP for Serangoon Gardens}. He was later detained for one year (1963-64) under ISA and then released.
