I wonder why the crime rate in spore is on the downward trend when obviously there are so many crimes happening and reported in the news and as well as on the block 254 AMK and others blocks around Spore. We are all living during really hard times. yet so little reported crimes!

I meet a lady who has lost her new bicycle due to “petty thief” who came and cutted her thick bicycle chains, then stole her bicycle just outside her flat!. BTW that's not the first time,we have dozen stolen be4!

“Why have not you reported to the Police?”

“Oh”, she replied, “It didn’t dawn on me to do it!” and added it was based upon the fact, that Police don’t want to be bother with such “petty crime”

Then I read of two cases of ladies losing their wallets in the AMK Hub while shopping.
