Singapore with A new Heritage for the future?
- If there is any history of the Republic of Singapore, it will not forget the founders and pioneers who were played their parts in creating what Singapore really is today: most of these people had chosen their humble parts to fade away quietly into history and remained invisible to the common eyes. Heritage is about people not just buildings and roads etc! Without such people there can never be any such thing as honor to serve, loyalty to the Nation etc...or any values worthwhile.
- Does anyone know who is Toh Chin Chye? Tan Lark Sye? Lim Cheng Siong? etc.. few do but U will never find it on wikipedians' webpages!
- goto see [[1]] just think what will Singapore be without them people? Are they not Singaporeans too?

[edit] Introduction
- When historians and future descendants look back in their own history: that question for us NOW to answer is : " What will be happening to this Island City of Singapore " ?
What we see now, will it still stand in the year 2105 another hundred years from now? Or just take another fifty years ahead and try to see?
What is the greatness of Singapore: Was it politicians who created the name< Singapore> or our architects who built great edifices and its great infrastructure of roads, underground and above ground inter-connecting electric rails, its many beautiful parks and recreational facilities for its inhabitants or was it anything else more like those great enduring things we could see or imagine?
- I guess that is a question for the future historians and archaeologists<?> to judge...
- The answer actually is not so difficult as we look into the past of greater civilizations,
- let's take a good and humble look the creation of the ancient Roman and Greek empires>>
- We are not without some concrete evidences of their past, and as our modern archeologists try to re-create the people, their daily lifestyles, habits, languages, norms and beliefs we find they are far more intelligent creators of lasting legacies with far enduring realities than ours - which had also lasted for hundreds if not nearly more than a thousand years.
- Some of their great edifices still stand as the coliseums and temples scattered all over the ancient world. Perhaps far enduring was the ways people thought about some of the answers to life greatest challenge to unravel: such as for instance, the answer to why are we here and what we are here for?

Perhaps far enduring was the ways people thought about some of the answers to life greatest challenge to unravel: such as for instance, the answer to why are we here and what we are here for?
I thought of Aristotle, Pluto, Alexander the greatest empire builder and also some of the simple people who built their own gardens and homes found still intact as it were but buried under many centuries of dirt and rubble.
Aristotle said, the highest good was equal to God. That not just a statement but an assumption which has lasted nearly three thousand years and still stands. How did he <with the same amount of brain matters> could conceive such, was it divine revelation? The answer is to be found in the great logical systems imagined by the great mind within Man. Just as we could imagine and speculate what is life about, and why are we here for and try to perceive the answers: the ancient great thinkers of “philos” +“sophos” <lovers of wisdom> who conceive with their logical precise language and thought systems which had lasted far more than the physical structures which they built.
Yet the mind with all its abilities and wonders to concieve new fantasies and ideas was no greater than the greater expanse we see everyday when we look into the sky?
- Did you ever wonder how did it come about? goto to see Expanse and Proofs of God.
And not forgetting the humble mind of the simple people, they too had their own ideas of lasting legacies: they built their home with well conceived ideas and which we too will pass on to the future descendants for continance such the great house of Hermoegenes s featured in the pictorial website at [[4]]
